I am a full-time instructor teaching course in NIC's Early Childhood Care and Education certificate and diploma programs. I have been an early childhood educator for 30 years and have worked with a variety of age groups including infants and toddlers, preschool and school-age children.  I have a passion for working with families and spent eight years working with young parents as a coordinator/outreach worke in a school-based child care centre.  In my quest to continue to grow in my chosen field, I earned my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education at The University of British Columbia in 2015.  I feel so fortunate to be doing the work I love to do and to be supporting students in their journey toward becoming professional early childhood educators.
