A collection of Deveau's seascape acryllic paintings and sculptures are on display at Main Street Gallery at Tofino Kayaking until the end of June.
Deveau told the Westerly News that earning her bachelor of fine arts at Emily Carr University of Art + Design while at NIC allowed her to remain at home in Comox "and closer to those wild skies that inspire her."
“The paintings I end up liking down the road take less effort and come out of me in a loose way,” she told the Westerly News.
