The former Port Fish plant will be renovated and brought up to current seafood processing standards and become the Port Alberni Full-Scale Food Processing and Innovation Hub.
NIC has contributed food processing skills training and community support to the Port Alberni Full-Scale Food Processing and Innovation Hub, which will now receive provincial funding.
