Andrew Bouzane is young, focussed and impressing the North Island’s top chefs with his attitude, passion and willingness to learn.

“Andrew is a gem; I knew it within five minutes of meeting him,” said Chef Alain Chabot, the award-winning chef who opened Chez Vous Artisan Foods in Black Creek this June. “He’s 20; if he keeps going the way he is, 10 years from now we’ll all know his name.”
