NIC culinary student Yolanda MacLaren is one of three Comox Valley women to receive Les Dames d'Escoffier scholarships this year. The scholarship has allowed her to continue with NIC's culinary arts program.
"I have worked in the food industry for many years and I'm excited to continue to hone my skills through professional education," MacLaren said.
