It will leverage the impact men and allies have when they step in and speak up against the toxic culture of bullying and harassment in the industry and will teach how to apply effective de-escalating intervention tools and strategies, leading to the participant’s ability to run subsequent 2-hour training sessions. More information can be found here. Ready to apply? The application can be found here.

4 x 8-inch flour or rice tortillas

Method:

Rinse and drain the beans then place them in a medium-sized bowl. Add the spinach, cheese, spices and sour cream and stir to mix.
