You’re invited to the 2014 ElderCollege Open House at the Campbell River campus, where we're celebrating ten years of learning and fun!
ElderCollege provides an opportunity for adults 50+ to explore new areas of learning. Membership is required for course registration; membership is $10 and is valid from Sep. 1 to Aug. 31. Course fees range from no charge to $40.
On Sept. 12, starting at 1:30 pm, attend this free social to learn more about the Campbell River ElderCollege community, become a member, and register for courses. Meet friends, learn more about upcoming courses and events, and enjoy listening to our keynote speaker, Mike Blandford, Deputy Senior's Advocate.

Join the Women for Women Trail Mix Challenge and help raise money for an educational bursary to assist single mothers who are attending North Island College.
Choose to either walk or run around a 5 km or 10 km circuit, or enter your children to participate in a kids run. Early Bird registration for the Trail Mix Challenge (on or before August 28) is $30 per person and $15 for students. Race participants may choose from a 5 km or 10 km trail. The kids’ run will follow the main race. Registration forms are available from the Campbell River Sportsplex, Strathcona Gardens Recreation Centre, Shorerunners, and on the event’s Facebook page.

Adult tickets are $50. Youth tickets (6 years – 12 years) are $10. Children under 5 years are free. Family passes and shuttle bus transportation are also available.
