With the wonderful support that you have provided, I will be able to reach my goals and make my dreams come true.
-NIC Student and recipient of Foundation assistance

Established in 1991, the North Island College Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting North Island College in its task to provide the skills and knowledge students need for successful employment and further education.

Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up of community leaders from the College region, the Foundation actively seeks donations for the College. The Foundation’s primary objective is to raise funds to support scholarships and bursaries, as well as to fundraise for needed equipment and educational resources. Through the continued support of individuals, local businesses and community organizations these efforts are realized.

The Foundation works in collaboration with you, our donors, to champion the goals of North Island College and its students. Together we have formed a long-term and inspired partnership. By giving to North Island College Foundation, you have helped provide the opportunities that shape our students’ lives and the lives of their families. Our alumnus includes doctors, lawyers, artists, scholars, teachers, electricians, accountants, carpenters, nurses, welders, plumbers, and the list goes on. By donating and supporting our student awards program you are effecting positive change right here in our communities.

Your support continues to make a lasting difference to so many in our communities and we thank you for your enduring interest in our shared success.

The Foundation serves the North Island College region by targeting its fundraising efforts to those priorities set out by the College’s leadership team, in support of the College’s vision and goals.
