Third Course bistro: Unique Dining and Educational Opportunities

The bistro, located on North Island College's Campbell River campus, is open Thursdays and Fridays 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm from January 28, 2016 to March 24, 2016. The Bistro features amazing three, four, and five course menus created by our very own Culinary Students. View the Winter 2016 menu adobe and be sure to reserve your table early as it does sell out quickly.

Educate and entertain your palate with a visit to the Third Course bistro! Every fall and winter, the Third Course bistro offers quality service in a unique atmosphere, created tourism and hospitality management students.

With fabulous menu choices, an excellent wine selection, and an inviting atmosphere, the Third Course bistro offers incredible value. Professional Cook 2 students design the menu and prepare meals, with the freshest seasonal products. Customers enjoy grilled New York steak, Braised lamb shank, warm smoked salmon salad and scrumptious desserts while supporting NIC students.
