Third Course Bistro
Educate and entertain your
palate with a visit to the Third Course Bistro!
With fabulous menu choices, an excellent wine selection and an
inviting atmosphere for the dining public, the Third Course Bistro offers
the public an incredible value.
The menus focus on the
availability of fresh, seasonal products and are a result of the creative
collaboration of Level Three Culinary Arts
students. Tourism & Hospitality
Management
students are responsible for operating and serving in the Bistro and at
special events held throughout the school year.
The Bistro is located on
North Island College’s Campbell River campus.
It is open for public dining from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday and
Friday evenings from February 18, 2010 until April 9, 2010.
As the Bistro tends to fill quickly,
reservations are recommended.
For more information or to make
reservations at The Third Course Bistro, call 250-923-9708 or e-mail
TheThirdCourse@nic.bc.ca.
This year’s Bistro menus express the passion and creativity of the current
Culinary Arts students. A number of traditional dishes have been created
with a unique twist and the tableside flambé will continue to be a treat.
