Educate and entertain your palate with a visit to the Third Course bistro! Every
fall and winter, the Third Course bistro offers quality service in a unique atmosphere,
created by professional cook (culinary arts) students.
With fabulous menu choices, an excellent wine selection, and an inviting atmosphere,
the Third Course bistro offers incredible value.
Professional Cook (Culinary Arts) program students design the menu and prepare meals, with the freshest seasonal products.
Customers choose from either a three, four, or five-course meal with such delectable menu items as rare grilled
tuna, braised lamb shank, Thai coconut curry, or charbroiled New York steak.
The Third Course bistro is located on North Island College’s Campbell River campus.
It is open for public dining from 5–8 pm on Thursday and Friday evenings from
Oct. 4 through Nov. 24, 2012.
The bistro fills quickly and reservations are recommended. For more information
