Facilitator: Roger Jennings. This class will provide an introduction into Microgreens, the health benefits, nutrition and art of growing! Microgreens lie between sprouts and mini greens. In just 7 to 10 days you can grow salad greens that professional chefs crave. They can be grown all winter long with little effort. Imagine cropping your salad in February. You will leave class with enough seeds to start your own indoor microgreen garden.
