T'AI CHI GONG is a mix of T'ai CHI and Qui GONG. It represents 20 simple movements that are taught at a slow pace and repeated in a gentle form. It is also a form of self meditation incorporating CHI, or energy, that provides improved balance, circulation and calmness. It can be done by anyone of any age and physical condition, modifying the moves to suit the individual's needs and abilities. So come out and have a peaceful session to "Make your day".
