Rule of Law & Organ Pillaging in China

We will trace the evolution of legal thinking in China from the Zhou Dynasty (551-221 B.C.) to the present. We shall examine the historical schools of theory about law, and identify those concepts which have continuously influenced how Chinese feel about 'Rule of Law', and one of the most fundamental philosophical issues throughout Chinese history, Topics will include whether or not governments should be based on 'Rule of Man' or the 'Rule of Law,' and in more recent years, whether China is in fact characterized by Rule of Law or Rule by Law.
