NIC summer camps allow students, aged 9 to 12, to explore coding and robotics while learning vital science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills.

2018 Camps

Lego Robotics Camps

NICBotCamps allow students to build, program and remotely control Lego robots at summer camps throughout the NIC region.

2018 camp dates (all camps run 9 am to 3 pm):

  • July 3 – 6: Port Hardy*
  • July 9 – 13: Campbell River
  • July 16 – 20: Campbell River
  • July 23 – 27: Port Alberni
  • July 30 – Aug 3: Gold River
  • Aug 7 – 10: Ucluelet*
  • Aug 13 – 17: Comox
  • Aug 20 – 24: Comox

Cost: $185 (* - cost is $150 due to short week)

Tech Explorers Camp

Tech Explorers camps allow students to explore coding, LEGO robotics and snap circuits in a hands-on, fun environment.

2018 camp dates (all camps run 9 am to 3 pm):

  • July 16 – 20: Campbell River
  • Aug 20 – 24: Comox
