NIC Mental Health Week

October 5-9 is Mental Health Week at NIC. Our goal is to encourage students, employees and community members to talk openly about mental health to help reduce stigma.

Please join us for events throughout the week and follow us on social media for information on services and supports that are available, as well as helpful tools and strategies for maintaining positive mental health.

A number of NIC community members will be sharing their Lived Experience with Mental Health through short videos that will be shared with students and the entire NIC community via social media.
