Register and Pay
Students must register to participate in the 2012 Graduation ceremonies.
Drop off a completed Student Registration & Regalia Order Form
to the Student Services/Registration Office at your local campus. This form will be
available to download or from Student Services closer to graduation date.
Pay your fee by the deadline
A $35 fee is due by April 30, 2012. Payment may be made in person with a debit card,
cheque, credit card, cash, or by mail with a cheque only.

Attend YOUR Graduation Ceremonies
The Graduation Ceremony is the highlight of the college year and we look forward to honouring your success and achievements. The details below will
help to clarify any questions you may have regarding the day’s events.
All guests are welcome to celebrate your important day with you. Guest seating is
not reserved, there is no limit to the number of guests you can bring, and no invitations
are required at the door. Remember to join us after the ceremonies for a reception.
Graduates will be ushered into the ceremonies to reserved seats. Please arrive at
least one hour before the ceremonies to coordinate gowns and photos at the meeting
places below.
Regalia must be returned after the ceremonies. Students will be responsible for
any charges incurred due to damage or their late return.

Ceremonies start at 2 pm, graduates to arrive at the theatre by 1 pm

Comox Valley Graduation Ceremonies
