Liz grew up in Ontario. She travelled the province, moved to live and teach in the Eastern Arctic, then finally landed in the Comox Valley in 2004.
Liz taught in NIC’s Adult Basic Education Department for many years, and has taught in the Department of Accessible Learning since 2013. She loves supporting students as they learn about new subjects and learn more about themselves.
When she is not teaching, you can find Liz swimming, biking, skiing, hiking, gardening, reading and listening to music.
