Third Course Bistro Now Open for Winter 2018 Term

Date: Thursday and Friday Evenings, until March 16 (excluding Feb 15-16)

Join NIC Professional Cook students in Campbell River's Third Course Bistro this winter for a delicious four-course meal.
 
After a salad and soup, choose from pan-seared salmon, New York steak, sautéed chicken breast, the catch of the day, or cauliflower and date tangine before moving on to crème caramel, chocolate mousse or lemon tart for dessert.  For a full menu and additional details, visit www.nic.bc.ca/bistro.
