Mixed Crop Production Fundamentals

This course takes the students from the classroom and the greenhouse into the field, applying the theories they have learned. The course covers all aspects of hands-on market garden and medium scaled crop production operations including, planting, production, weeding and harvesting. Students will also cover business planning, marketing, value added techniques and sales.
