Yoga for Men

ElderCollege Course

Learn to develop a yoga practice based upon the Iyengar Syllabus that encourages the use of props and aids (such as chairs, blocks, straps) to practice and master the poses. Much attention is paid to alignment and breath. We will work with balance, core strength, flexibility and relaxation, basic standing, inversion, forward bending and back bending poses. Course will provide home practice sequences. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring your yoga mat.
