Students with the overall IELTS 7.5/TOEFL iBT 102/CAEL 74/PTE 76 or above - $1,500
New applicants from any other country with following English assessment scores:

Students with the overall IELTS 6.5/TOEFL iBT 80/ CAEL 60/PTE 58 - $500

Application Process
No. This one-time scholarship is applied to the student’s tuition and credited to the student account. Students in receipt of this award will be notified upon enrollment. The award is automatically applied once the full-time student status is confirmed after add/drop date of the first semester. This award amount does not have cash value and cannot be refunded to students.
Eligibility
School District 70, 71 and 72 Grade 12 graduates who have applied to participate in following programs:
- University of Victoria Guaranteed/Dual Admission through Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Engineering Foundation Certificate or University Transfer programs
- Emily Carr University Guaranteed Admission in Fine Arts
- Alberta University of the Arts Pathway program in Fine Arts
- Vancouver Island University Dual Admission or Education Pathway including humanities, social sciences, and sciences through Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or University Transfer programs
- University of Northern British Columbia Dual Admission
Number
Up to 4 scholarships for each district. In order to be considered, applications must be submitted before June 01. Later applications will be considered only if the scholarships have not all been awarded. Apply early!

Application process
None. In the case of competitive selection, recipients will be selected based on their academic achievement and be informed of their selection to receive an award one month before the start of the program.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants from NIC’s Language Pathway
Amount: $1,000 for each student up to 3 students each intake
Application process
One-page letter describing past journeys and future goals, with the submission of the letter sent directly to the Manager of International Enrollment and Recruitment at the time of application. Late application may be accepted based on availability of funding, provided that the application is received before the start of NIC program.

NIC offers entrance awards for applicants from regions where NIC actively and selectively recruit new students. All applicants are automatically reviewed for this award, therefore no award application is required. Students in receipt of this award will be notified upon enrollment.
NIC is pleased to invite partner schools in ELAP-designated countries to nominate scholarship students. We strongly encourage you to review
the ELAP website carefully prior to nominating students. NIC must receive completed applications by March 31 of the current calendar year. Late applications will not be accepted.
Please note: Do not apply on the ELAP website. NIC will apply once all your documents are complete and accepted. NIC will notify you directly if you are nominated for the scholarship.
