Campus Services and Spaces

We are looking forward to having all campus services and spaces open this September. In the meantime, please be aware that during Spring and Summer terms many NIC spaces and services are operating with reduced hours or different delivery methods. The following study spaces, computer labs and services are available.

Please remember not to attend campus if you are ill. Masks are required in all NIC buildings. Follow safety signage and specific instructions provided by your instructor or the administrator at each location and/or classroom.

While NIC campuses are closed to the public, some buildings and services are open to those who have a scheduled appointment or who have on-campus classes. If you have a class or appointment on campus, you will be asked to meet in a designated meeting space (usually outside the main entrance) where your instructor, or another member of staff will meet you and bring you onto campus. Please do not hold the door for others to enter if they are not part of your cohort, or do not have an appointment scheduled.

If you are unsure about specific services, please email or call 1-800-715-0914 (toll-free in Canada). Always follow safety signage, and do not congregate in large groups or small spaces, where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
