College Pro is a highly developed entrepreneurial organization that has trained students to run their own business in the summer and get practical, hands-on management experience for more than 35 years throughout North America. The company's future needs include hiring highly motivated and dedicated students who want a challenge and want to develop more than a two-year MBA. We are a producer of tree seedlings for reforestation projects here on the coast and all across north America. We are proud to help create forests for the next generation and we provide opportunities for people of any background. Due to the seasonal nature of our production cycle, we have many opportunities for people of any background at different times of the year. Typically we require the most help over the late spring and summer for our thinning project. This is a piece rate job where employees are paid by the work they do. On average, employees are making $16.50 an hour with motivated individuals earning $20+/hr. We also offer thinning positions on flex time to work around childcare, school or a second job. In the fall and winter we require help grading and packaging our seedlings for storage and shipment. We offer competitive wages and a variety of shifts during this task. Successful applicants are self-motivated and keen to continually improve. No previous experience is required and we provide all necessary training.
