Movember

This month we would like to invite you to grow your facial hair in support of men’s health. The mustache has become a symbol of support to raise awareness for testicular cancer, prostate cancer, men’s mental health and suicide. We’d love to see photos of your mustaches and beards so send us a pic so we can share on social media – even if it’s just your nose and chin! studentlife@nic.bc.ca

RECIPE IDEAS

Instant noodles with extras!

Many of us enjoy a hot bowl of noodles and broth during these cold winter months, so this week we are featuring instant noodles with a twist.  There are many different flavours of packaged noodles you can choose so here are a couple of our favourites:

Chicken, beef or spicy shrimp ramen, spicy garlic vegetable or lemon grass chili rice noodles.  For extra nutrition, try adding frozen vegetables, a tablespoon of peanut butter or an egg. Enjoy!
