The Value-Added Wood Manufacturing (VAW) training program provides prospective new, entry-level workers with the work-ready knowledge and skills required to work safely in the seven sub-sectors in the VAW sector in British Columbia spanning, millwork, cabinets, furniture, prebuilt housing, engineered wood products, log and timber frame, and remanufactured wood products.
