Meat Processing Fundamentals

This six-week program will prepare you for entry-level roles in the meat industry, such as supermarket departments, processing facilities, meat markets and farm-based production facilities. You'll also be prepared to enter into apprenticeship for professional meat cutting.

This training is fully funded for qualified applicants. Eligibility determined during the application process.
