The Graduation Ceremony is the highlight of the college year. It is a day to celebrate your success, to look back on how far you’ve come, to consider your next steps, to acknowledge the people who have helped you along the way and consider how you might pay it forward. It is our honour to celebrate this day with you.

Campbell River Graduation Ceremony 2024

Date: Monday, June 17, 2024

Time: 1 pm

Location: Tidemark Theatre, 1220 Shoppers Row, Campbell River

Comox Valley Graduation Ceremony 2024

Date: Thursday, June 20, 2024

Time: 10 am (Health and Human Service programs) and 2 pm (Arts, Science and Management programs)

Location: Sid Williams Theatre: 442 Cliffe Avenue, Courtenay

Port Alberni Graduation Ceremony 2024

Date: Tuesday, June 18, 2024

Time: 5 pm

Location: ADSS Theatre: 4000 Rogers Street, Port Alberni

Students must register to participate in the 2024 Graduation ceremonies by April 30, 2024.

Download the Student Registration & Regalia Order Form or pick up a copy from Student Services. Complete the form and drop it off at the Student Services/Registration Office at your local campus.

A $35 fee is due at time of registration. Payment may be made in person with a debit card, cheque, credit card, cash, or by mail with a cheque only. The deadline to register is April 30, 2024. For more information, contact Darin Bellham at or 250-334-5038.

Regalia must be returned after the ceremonies. Students will be responsible for any charges incurred due to damage or late return.

Please arrive an hour before the ceremony starts to coordinate gowns and photos.

Graduates will be ushered into the ceremony to reserved seats. Your guests are welcome to celebrate your important day with you. Masks are optional within the facility.

Fill out the Application for Credentials to receive your credentials. All NIC certificate and diploma graduates will receive their credentials by mail.

Keep your address current online via myNIC or mail or fax the Change of Address Form to the Registrar at your campus.
