The Graduation Ceremony is the highlight of the college year. It is a day to celebrate your success, to look back on how far you’ve come, to consider your next steps, to acknowledge the people who have helped you along the way and consider how you might pay it forward. It is our honour to celebrate this day with you.
In order to receive your credential, you must complete the Application for Credential form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once all of your final grades are entered by your instructor, your credential and complimentary unofficial transcript will be produced and mailed to the current address we have on your record. If this address has changed, please ensure you update it using the address change option through your myNIC account.
Students must register to participate in the graduation ceremonies.
Download the Student Registration & Regalia Order Form or pick up a copy from Student Services. Complete the form and drop it off at the Student Services/Registration Office at your local campus.
A $20 fee is due at time of registration. Payment may be made in person with a debit card, cheque, credit card, cash, or by mail with a cheque only. The deadline to register is April 30.

Please arrive an hour before the ceremony to get your regalia. Regalia must be returned after the ceremonies. Students will be responsible for any charges incurred due to damage or late return.
Please arrive an hour before the ceremony starts before the ceremonies to coordinate gowns and photos.
Graduates will be ushered into the ceremony to reserved seats. All guests are welcome to celebrate your important day with you. Guest seating is not reserved and there is no limit to the number of guests you can bring. No invitations are required at the door. Remember to join us after your ceremony for a reception.
