We all have a role to play in our own mental health and supporting others’ mental health. By learning how to use accurate language and talking openly, we can reduce the stigma that is still associated with mental health and mental illness.
Students will learn about the stress response and how to manage everyday stresses. They will also learn how they can support others who are struggling and how they can be a role model for coping with stress and maintaining good mental health.
All participants will receive a certificate upon completion of this training.
