Executive Functioning 101

NIC students are invited to this workshop to learn helpful executive function and self-regulation skills and strategies.

Executive function and self-regulation skills enable us to do many things: make plans, focus attention, remember instructions, manage our emotions and juggle multiple tasks at the same time. The development of these skills is a crucial part of learning and essential in helping us make good choices for ourselves and our families.

This workshop will be useful for all students but might be extra-helpful for people who identify with the challenges associated with ADHD. Come for yourself and come for a family member or a loved one. Bring lots of questions and look forward to learning some helpful skills and strategies.

Registration deadline is Tuesday, March 15 at 4 pm.
