Chefs from Culinary Team BC are teaming up with the North Vancouver Island Culinary Association and the Culinary Federation for this special event.
All proceeds from this event will support Team BC as they prepare to compete in Luxembourg in November at the Expogast International Trade Show for Gastronomy, followed by the Culinary World Olympics in 2024.
NIC culinary students will also be hard at work assisting the Team BC chefs put together the evening’s world-class fare.
Bring your taste buds and prepare for an evening of surprises, delicious food. Wine from Mission Hill Winery will be showcased for the evening.

As chefs are preparing for a competition, the menu is subject to last-minute changes and substitutions will not be possible.
The event will follow the Provincial Health Mandate requirements:

o Masks must be worn at all times unless dining at your table
