An NIC Indigenous Navigator will also be on NIC's Mixalakwila campus all day on Sept. 27 and all morning on Sept. 28 to answer any questions you might have about this one-time opportunity to start your culinary career. Details

This program is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous students and combines classroom-based and hands-on learning.

This special offering runs 40 weeks and combines essential skills training (including FoodSafe, WHMIS and first aid) with Professional Cook Level 1 apprenticeship training. Students attend weekly sessions from October to December 2021, then begin full-time training starting January until July 2022.
