Overview
The BC Adult Graduation Diploma (BCAGD), also known as Adult Dogwood, is a recognized BC adult high school diploma. NIC's Adult Basic Education department has all the necessary courses you need for obtaining your BCAGD.
Note that the Adult Graduation Diploma is not the same as a GED (General Educational Development) Certificate. The Ministry of Education discontinued the GED® program at the end of 2014.
Careers
Upgrading your education can lead to better job prospects or entry into further education programs. In general, rates of employment are higher for those with a high school diploma than those without (source: Stats Canada).
