About
With over 20 years of experience in diverseability support, my work has focused on
supporting learners across a range of ages and abilities. This professional journey
has been shaped by continuous learning, hands‑on practice, and a strong commitment
to inclusive education and accessible learning environments that help all students
thrive.
Professional training includes the successful completion of an advanced certification
in Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis through Douglas College, along with most
of the supervision requirements needed to write the Board Certified Assistant Behavior
Analyst (BCaBA) exams in British Columbia. Additional training in PEAK and ABLLS‑R
has supported the use of comprehensive assessment and curriculum tools commonly applied
in ABA therapy for individuals with autism and other learners who benefit from targeted
intervention in foundational language and learning skills.
Current advanced education and professional development are focused on strengthening
understanding of executive function and evidence‑based support systems. This work
is driven by a particular interest in the post‑secondary context, with the goal of
designing learning environments that improve accessibility, promote learner independence,
and enhance academic success for all students.
