How to Pay

New students are responsible for making the tuition deposit payment no later than 30 days from the date on your Letter of Invitation. Payment of this tuition deposit formalizes the acceptance of offer and NIC can only guarantee a seat in your designated program for 30 days.

NIC now accepts a number of payment options available for you to make this easier.

Payment Options

North Island College has partnered with PayMyTuition for international tuition payments. With PayMyTuition, you can make tuition payments from any bank, in any country, with any currency at better than bank exchange rates. Payment through PayMyTuition is fast, simple and cost effective.

Pay through PayMyTuition (for various money transfer methods from overseas)

Payment methods include bank transfers, debit/credit card in home currency, eWallet payments, and other local options. Pay now with PayMyTuition (international payment):

  • Follow the instructions provided to send your payment

PayMyTuition Customer Support Information

Call 1.855.663.6839 (toll-free) or through one of their local country contact numbers. You can also reach PayMyTuition Support at support@paymytuition.com or through their support page.

No matter what time zone you're in, you will have a dedicated customer support team available to you through live chat, email and phone to answer any of your questions and help you make your payment.

Pay Using Fax Credit Card Form

If PayMyTuition does not allow you to pay using credit card from your country, you can pay by using the Fax Credit Card form.

Pay In Person (Currently unavailable due to COVID-19)

You may pay with cash, cheque, debit card or credit credit card at the Registrar's Office. Cash Transactions are limited to $1200 per day.

Direct Payment through your Canadian Bank

NIC is set up as an online bill payment at your bank. Please use your student number as the account number. For further information regarding how to set up the online bill payment, please contact your Canadian bank.

Other Payment Methods

If you have received a scholarship or award, your student account will be automatically credited. You are responsible for ensuring your tuition and fees are paid by the deadline and recipients will not be excused from late payment.

Students using a third party sponsor will be responsible for any charges not included in the sponsorship agreement and are responsible for paying before deadline.
