Canadian Federation of University Women invest in NIC students

The local chapter recently disbanded but their legacy of supporting women as they achieve their educational goals at NIC lives on through their endowment.

The Canadian Federation of University Women recently donated $16,000 to NIC students, bringing their endowment with the NIC Foundation to more than $40,000.

The Comox Valley chapter of the federation recently disbanded and decided to add to their existing bursary fund at NIC as an ideal way to carry on their important legacy of supporting women in post-secondary education.

The local chapter has been supporting NIC students through the bursary for more than 20 years.
