Overview
If you’re passionate about working with animals, NIC’s Animal Care Aide program is the perfect way to turn that passion into a career. In this program, you’ll:
- Develop a strong understanding of animal behavior, health, wellness and welfare
- Gain hands-on skills to provide compassionate care to animals
- Build foundational knowledge for a successful career in animal care
This program sets you up with the essential skills and understanding to work effectively in the field of animal care.
Careers
Alum of the Animal Care Aide program are prepared to step into entry-level roles in the animal care industry or use this certificate as a stepping stone for further education in veterinary or animal sciences.
Costs
Your textbook is included with your tuition and will be provided to you before classes begin.
