Thrive Week Thursday: Physical Wellbeing

Join us throughout the week of March 6-10 for Thrive! Each day features themed events at NIC campuses open to all students and employees. Thursday, March 9 is Physical Wellbeing.

Campbell River

Bhangra Dancing: Come learn to Bhangra Dance, taught by NIC students –11:30am-12:30pm at the Student Commons.

NISU Yoga: Join NISU for an hour of yoga, free, easy to approach, for all bodies. 4:30-5:30pm online via BlueJeans. Email theoffice@nisu.ca to register and get the link.

Colouring and Activity Sheets: Engage in some mindful relaxation available all day in the Student Commons.

Library & Learning Commons: Visit the library to check out Thrive displays and participate in self-guided, relaxing activities.

Comox Valley

NIC-NISU Spring Celebration: Join us from 11am-1pm at Tyee Hall for the NIC-NISU spring celebration!
