NIC employees gathered to at our annual employee recognition event to recognize the employees who work so hard to support our students.

An NIC nursing instructor is collaborating with remote First Nations communities to improve wellness, health services and understanding of Indigenous values in nursing education, thanks to a grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).

NIC students in Joinery/Cabinetmaking and Professional Cook programs will train on new high-tech tools to start their career, thanks to a $38,000 equipment donation from Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd.

NIC will be able to increase its in-community trades training, thanks to a generous donation from A.B. Edie Equities Inc. owner Allan Edie.

The Canadian Federation of University Women recently donated $16,000 to NIC students, bringing their endowment with the NIC Foundation to more than $40,000.
