NIC’s student housing, tul’al’txw, was recently honoured with Best Overall Winner at the 19th Annual Vancouver Island Commercial Building Awards.
It also won the Award of Excellence in the Community Institutional category, sponsored by WA Architects.
Fifty finalists were celebrated among the commercial, industrial, institutional and revenue-producing Vancouver Island properties north of the Malahat completed in 2025. The event was featured in Business Examiner.
